For the longest time, I thought I was making good choices.<\/div>
Yogurt for breakfast.<\/div>
Granola bars for snacks.<\/div>
Fruit juice in the lunchbox.<\/div>
It looked healthy.<\/div>
It sounded healthy.<\/div>
It even felt<\/em> like I was doing everything right.<\/div>
But then I started noticing the patterns.<\/div>
After breakfast, my daughter would be bouncing off the walls.<\/div>
Her focus would vanish.<\/div>
Meltdowns would come faster and harder.<\/div>
Mornings became battles instead of beginnings.<\/div>
I didn\u2019t realize it at the time, but what I was giving her was fueling the chaos.<\/div>
The hidden sugars, the additives, the way certain foods crashed her already sensitive nervous system \u2014 it all mattered more than I ever knew.<\/div>

It Was Never Just About “Healthy”<\/h3>
Healthy labels do not mean healthy for an ADHD brain.<\/div>
